Miranda Lattimore is a certified Forest Therapy Guide, Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher (CYT), and Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA), and the founder of ZEN:MNM, a Portland-based creative wellness brand rooted in mindfulness, nature, and movement. She facilitates guided nature experiences that support rest, reflection, and nervous system regulation. She is often joined by her husband and creative partner, Marcus Lattimore, an award-winning spoken word artist, whose poetry and guidance deepen each experience.
Step into the slow rhythm of summer with this creative wellness experience that blends shinrin-yoku (forest bathing) with haiku writing. As we move mindfully through nature, you’ll be guided to awaken your senses, reflect on seasonal themes, and craft simple poems rooted in presence. No writing or hiking experience needed. Bring a notebook, pen, curiosity, and a willingness to pause.
We will meet at the Germantown and Leif Erikson trailhead. Parking is limited and we encourage carpool if possible.
Did you know that you can ride a free shuttle to Forest Park this summer? On Fridays and Saturdays between June 12-August 22, 2026, ride a free shuttle to the Leif Erikson Drive Trailhead at Germantown from different locations across Portland. Visit www.portlandoregon.gov/parks/park-shuttle to see the stops and schedule. We hope to see you on board this summer!
