Volunteer at the local southwest Washington beaches that you love!
With all of the holiday celebrations, there will be litter at our area beaches that can damage our local ecosystems, waterways and wildlife habitats.
Grab your family and friends, some buckets and trash grabbers to head out to your favorite spot. If you can spend an hour or two, your contribution will make a huge difference.
Make it a day of adventure. Pack a picnic and celebrate your hardwork, then pack out all of your trash.

Pick your spot that is safe for you to access and traverse
Don't forget the small plastics, even single pieces of styrofoam
Record what you have found, log your time with your local city or county agencies
Properly dispose of your finds.
