ROAD TRIP: Kerry Island Volunteer Workday w/ Columbia Land Trust

Help Preserve Access for Hunters.

Join Columbia Land Trust for a volunteer workday supporting a Hunt by Reservation Program property, Kerry Island (Westport, OR) owned by Columbia Land Trust. Volunteers will assist in vegetation control at entry, along drive and parking area, and access trails. Vegetation will be controlled using gas powered brush cutters and weed trimmers along with hand tools such as loppers, rakes, and hand saws when necessary.

SIGN ME UP

  • Volunteers under age 18 may participate but will be restricted from using certain power tools during their service.

  • Event will take place on August 29th from 8am-noon with lunch provided. PPE will be provided if needed.

  • HbR Kerry Island 2026 Volunteer Workday Standard Non-Driver Volunteer

  • Volunteers sign up by August 27, 2026.

  • The Volunteer Workday will be from 8AM to Noon on August 29, 2026, and lunch will be provided. Please sign up now!

  • Westport is on Hwy 30 along the Columbia River in Clatsop County, Oregon.
