ROAD TRIP: Relaxing Sound Bath for Deep Listening & Nature Experience

  • Bird Alliance of Oregon Wildlife Sanctuary (map)

Join Melissa Felsenstein, the founder of Inner Sounds Meditation for a therapeutic sound bath and nature walk to soothe your nervous system.

Take a moment of calm for yourself! Rediscover the joy of slowing down and truly noticing the world around you. As the soothing tones of crystal bowls, chimes, and gongs wash over you, feel your body release tension, your mind grow quiet, and your senses gently awaken. This therapeutic sound bath will calm your nervous system and open a doorway to deeper presence. Participants are encouraged to do a short, optional mindful walk with journaling prompts to extend the experience. No yoga is practiced – simply sit or lie down and listen.
