Fall Color Rides on the Chelatchie Railroad

Fall Begins Train Ride - The excursion departs from Yacolt, through the tunnel, across the East Fork of the Lewis River with a stop at Moulton Station to visit Yacolt Falls.   

Welcome to the Chelatchie Prairie Railroad! Nestled in the scenic landscapes of Clark County, Washington, our historic railroad offers a unique journey through lush forests, rolling hills, and picturesque farmlands. Step aboard our vintage trains and travel back in time to an era when railroads were the lifeblood of American adventure and commerce.

Tickets available for 12pm and 2:30pm rides

Whether you're a train enthusiast, a history buff, or simply looking for a delightful outing with family and friends, Chelatchie Prairie Railroad promises an unforgettable experience. Please dress for the weather, we have both indoor and outdoor seating available.

Getting there: We are located in SW Washington in Yacolt, WA. Yacolt is located just North of the Vancouver/Portland area roughly 20 miles East of I5 in the foothills of Mount St. Helens. The station is located on NE Railroad Ave, just south of Yacolt Rd. Parking is available on the North side of Yacolt Rd, just West of the train tracks.
