Hike with Pacific Peaks Mountain Top Fitness

Mountain Tops is an adaptive fitness and activity program designed to build confidence, camaraderie, and various movement skills for those with neurodevelopmental differences.

​Several classes a week, with Thursdays 3:30-4:30PM (Lacamas Lake Lodge). Each Thursday class consists of a big group warm-up and a walk along the Heritage Trail (weather permitting). All our classes finish with stretching & shoutouts!​
