Hike with Pacific Peaks Mountain Top Fitness
Mountain Tops is an adaptive fitness and activity program designed to build confidence, camaraderie, and various movement skills for those with neurodevelopmental differences.
Several classes a week, with Thursdays 3:30-4:30PM (Lacamas Lake Lodge). Each Thursday class consists of a big group warm-up and a walk along the Heritage Trail (weather permitting). All our classes finish with stretching & shoutouts!

ROAD TRIP - Hiking Clinic - NW Association of Blind Athletes
Everybody is an Athlete: At NW Association of Blind Athletes, we believe that any individual who is blind or visually impaired is an athlete and deserves the opportunity to participate in regular physical activity.
NWBA programming is available for athletes of all ages and ability levels. Do you have a sport or activity that you want to get involved with or pick up again? We have a variety of sports available throughout the year.

Disabled Hikers is very excited to celebrate the launch of the Forest & Washington Park Express Shuttle and LGBTQ+ and Disability Pride Months in Portland!
Join Disabled Hikers on June 27 and July 18 for a disability community gathering at Lower Macleay in Forest Park, Portland, Oregon. We'll hang out at the picnic shelter and take a casual stroll along the accessible trail.

The shuttle starts June 12 and runs Fridays and Saturdays. You can go from North, Northeast, and East Portland directly to Washington and Forest Parks.

SWWDSC Our Community Walk Abouts 🌿
The SW Washington Down Syndrome Community is so excited to launch a new monthly community connection series hosted by Anna Herbig and Rachel Cristaudo in partnership with SWWDSC.
Starting this summer, we invite families, self advocates, caregivers, siblings, friends, and supporters to join us for a relaxed and family friendly Walk About on the first Monday of each month at 10:00am.
This is about movement, connection, fresh air, conversation, inclusion, and simply being together in Our Community. All abilities are welcome.

This outing is designed for individuals living with dementia and their care partners and families to enjoy time together in a relaxed, supportive environment. We'll take in the sights and sounds of the refuge, observe local wildlife, enjoy fresh air, and connect with others.
Whether you're a seasoned birdwatcher or simply looking for a way to spend time outdoors, this experience offers an opportunity to slow down, be present, and enjoy the beauty around us.

Adaptive Mountain Bike Skills Camp
aMTB Skills Camp | Crank Camp!
Join Oregon Adapative Sports for this three day aMTB skill building and ride camp for Off Road Hand Cycles!
Offered monthly, this aMTB camp will help you develop, refine, and apply your skills and help build confidence on trails to get more out of your riding. Off Road Hand Cycles are available for confirmed attendees. Specific bike availability is based on signups and is first come first serve. OAS is taking applications. Each camp can serve up to 5 adaptive athletes. Apply for your spot below!
Essential Eligibility Criteria _ Crank Camp & aMTB Lessons
Camp Information: No Cost | 4hr lesson
OAS Provides: Equipment, Instruction, on trail support
Attendee Provides: Lunch/personal snacks and water bottle
Itinerary:
Friday: 1pm – 4pm | Fit ups and skills
Saturday: 9am – 2pm | Long Trail Ride
Sunday: 9am – 12pm | Trail Ride
Recommendations & Requirements:
OAS recommends attendance for all three days. There is no discount for missing one day. Cycling experience required, preferably on dirt or gravel. If new to off road hand cycling, athletes can schedule a private lesson with OAS as a prerequisite.
*OAS has a small selection of Off-Road Hand Cycles available for athletes. OAS bikes are first come first serve. Please register in advance to reserve an OFHC. Helmets and adaptive gear will be available.

After celebrating 30 years of adventure with our community in 2025, Adventures Without Limits is thrilled to get outside with you again! We invite you to join us at Hagg Lake for an afternoon of paddling, community building, food, and live music at our 2nd Annual Community Lake Day!
Since its founding in 1995, Adventures Without Limits (AWL) has worked with thousands of children and adults of all abilities to experience the thrill of adventure and health benefits of time spent in nature.
AWL is a registered non-profit that was founded to address the region's shortage of options for adaptive recreation. We specialize in working with individuals with disabilities to find adaptive solutions for a range of activities. Our program mission has since expanded to address many common barriers to outdoor recreation, such as access to transportation, outdoor apparel, skills training, and financially accessible price points. We're committed to creating a safe community for folks to learn new skills, build confidence, make social connections, overcome obstacles, and enjoy the beautiful natural wonders of the Pacific Northwest.
Registration Required HERE. Cost: Event admission: $15/adult, $10/youth (6-18), children under 6 free
The cost of this event will support our continued accessible and inclusive outdoor programs.
Itinerary:
Join us for an afternoon of listing to live music, enjoying food, being with community, and paddling on Hagg Lake. Kayaking and paddleboarding will be available first come first served!

Kayaks, paddleboards, PFDs, paddles, and other paddling equipment
Exclusions:
Parking fees ($7/vehicle)
Kayaking/Paddleboarding:
No additional registration for paddling is required. Kayaking and paddleboarding will be first come, first served, and participants will be asked to limit their paddling time to 30 minutes to give everyone an opportunity to get out on the water. Paper liability waivers need to be completed onsite before you paddle. We are not able to accommodate children under 6 for kayaking and paddle boarding at this event. Youth under 18 should be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

Our team is trained to accommodate a variety of needs while on our trips, however, some trips and activities require certain requirements and abilities to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all. Hike with Pacific Peaks Mountain Top Fitness
Mountain Tops is an adaptive fitness and activity program designed to build confidence, camaraderie, and various movement skills for those with neurodevelopmental differences.
Several classes a week, with Thursdays 3:30-4:30PM (Lacamas Lake Lodge). Each Thursday class consists of a big group warm-up and a walk along the Heritage Trail (weather permitting). All our classes finish with stretching & shoutouts!

SWWDSC Our Community Walk Abouts 🌿
The SW Washington Down Syndrome Community is so excited to launch a new monthly community connection series hosted by Anna Herbig and Rachel Cristaudo in partnership with SWWDSC.
Starting this summer, we invite families, self advocates, caregivers, siblings, friends, and supporters to join us for a relaxed and family friendly Walk About on the first Monday of each month at 10:00am.
This is about movement, connection, fresh air, conversation, inclusion, and simply being together in Our Community. All abilities are welcome.

Berms & Boats Adaptive Sports weekend
Join Oregon Adaptive Sports for a weekend of fun adventures for adaptive sporting in Central Oregon!
What: In partnership with the Kelly Brush Foundation, this fan-favorite camp lets participants experience the best of Central Oregon: skiing AND mountain biking in one unforgettable long weekend. Think corn snow in the morning, dirt trails in the afternoon, and great people all day long.
2026 UPDATE: Due to a season of low snow and Mt. Bachelor closing, we have pivoted to Berms & Boats!
What to expect:
3 days of biking
1 afternoon of paddling
Inclusive, supportive environment
The heart of this camp is community. Learning may happen naturally, but instruction is not the focus.

Experience the multi-sport magic of springtime in Central Oregon!
